I’m Warren Slater and this website is about my sincere, enthusiastic and interesting approach to local politics in Whangarei, New Zealand.

Being of an investigative nature and with the observation of previous and present councils I believe a much needed change is necessary.

I believe in always having the courage to be yourself.
I am a straight-forward, looking ahead type person, sometimes referred to as a watch dog, but really a truth-seeking realist, looking, listening, gathering facts and prepared to be the people's voice.

I believe the needed change can result in a positive outlook and a brighter future for our community.
